Maxime is an Associate on the private equity team at Alpha Leonis Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Maxime worked on several successful strategy projects serving multinational clients in the insurance and banking industries at PwC. He held various internship roles in corporate finance and investing, including with the distressed M&A and restructuring teams at Roland Berger, Shareholder Value AG (value-oriented equity fund) and Brockhaus Capital Management (German PE firm), where he focused on buy-out opportunities in the technology sector.

Maxime has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Mannheim, Germany. During his studies he co-developed a novel asset pricing algorithm using machine learning applications.
