Prior to forming the firm, he served as the CIO at Falcon Private Bank Ltd. Prior to that, David was the founding member and a Managing Director at AIG Global Investment Corp.’s Alternative Investments. During his tenure he led several innovative multibillion-dollar transactions, including private equity securitizations, PE secondaries, and the creation of various global strategy specific private equity platforms. He was instrumental in growing the firm’s alternative external client base to over $17bn from $0 in 2000. David has been a Board Director on over 20 private and public company boards and throughout his history invested in excess of $600m in over 40 direct investments including LBO transactions and venture/growth transactions. He brings more than 35 years of experience and expertise in private equity, hedge funds and public capital markets.

David holds a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware, USA.
